Finalist at the scenography design open call "Information Center" for Kyotographie 2021, International Photography Festival
Concept:
Drawing on the essence of KYOTOGRAPHIE, I conceived a space defined by a structure of frames. Photos absorb the viewer, each one emphasized by a frame that defines it as a single element but also unifies it in a broader image that is subsequently created.
A “pixelation” of reality through photos. I envision this “frame structure” generating every aspect of this location, from the walls and shelves to the desk and seating. This radical space will allow the viewer to experience photography on a different level, giving photography a third dimension through architecture.
